The lifetime value of a customer for each line is average order × reorders per year × relationship length, all calibrated to your stage. Order values reflect real maritime supply pricing; reorder rates reflect how often each item is genuinely repurchased (an anchor chain rarely, consumable spares often); relationship length grows with how established you are.
The visibility gap assumes 10% of the qualified buyers who would otherwise reach you never do — because your technical authority isn't where they research. We apply that to the quote volume and close rate typical of your stage to estimate the customers that slip past unseen.
The headline is margin, not revenue. We apply a 30% margin by default, because the real cost of a missed sale is the margin you'd have earned — not the full ticket.
